I review health-tech and AI products and give practical feedback from someone who actually uses this stuff clinically. When there's real alignment, I work more deeply with a small number of companies. But the review comes first.

Send me a demo, a login, or ship me a physical device. I'll review it the way I would if I were deciding whether to use it myself — how it feels, where the friction is, whether it holds together in a real clinical setting. I will give you raw, real feedback.

Then we schedule a 30–60 minute conversation to go through what I found.

If I like your vision and you have a desire to work with me, we can discuss working together formally. If not, the conversation still stands on its own.

IF WE WORK TOGETHER

My focus is product consulting — workflow, feature prioritization, clinical logic, adoption risks.

I also do commercial consulting (how physicians actually evaluate and adopt tools) and clinical education (webinars, talks, content) when it makes sense.

HOW I OPERATE

I do not offer access to Nashville General Hospital, my employer, or any health system. I do not facilitate introductions, pilots, or procurement. I do not do sales and engage with potential or active clients.

All work is conducted independently through CardioMed LLC, using my own resources. This is intentional — it keeps the feedback honest.

Everything is structured to comply with the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and OIG guidance.
